Getting Started

You don't need to install anything to start using Kaizou.

However, we must inform you that Kaizou works faster with the Kaizou Firefox extension.

Try Kaizou web online editor (beta)

Thanks to the Kaizou online editor, you will be able to modify any web page and see the result instantly.

Two modification types are available:

  • Modify any block inner HTML,
  • Set an HTML node attributes,

Note: Only registered users can save their modifications.

Browsing Kaizou files on this site

For an overview of what is Kaizou, just browse this site and try the several files that have been posted.

Kaizou.org is a place where Kaizou files are stored and shared with the Kaizou community.

Only registered users can post to the repository, but browsing the repository and commenting posts is opened to anybody.

You can browse files sorted by date, tags, author. You can also perform a text search on files title and description.

Each file is presented with its description and two links:

  • the "See it in action" link will open the target page and apply transformations to it.
  • the "Download" link points to the actual XML Kaizou file.

Posting your own Kaizou files

To start posting in the Kaizou repository, follow these steps:

  • Create a new Kaizou account,
  • Log in by using the links on the right,
  • Create your Kaizou file (for instance using the editor included in the extension or the online editor),
  • Click on the "Submit File" link and follow the instructions.
